Edition 9
Almost every day of my life since late-Jan 2011 (when I took my sabbatical), I am reminded about how lucky I have been and how much I gratitude I owe people. The past 15 days have been very hard, physically, for us to manage at home in the absence of our nanny while trying to fit in at least 3 runs, manage our son as well as get other stuff done. It wouldn’t be as hard if I cut out the exercise but I would have gone nuts by now if I didn’t. The one concession I have made was to cut the runs down to 3 a week and do spinning on the other 3 days. 2 weeks down and I don’t sense any drop (or for that matter, increase) in my fitness.

And a massively inspirational video (trailer for a Netflix movie) about Paralympic athletes
