The last week has been up and down emotionally and physically demanding on the homefront, leaving little time for a lot of items I like to do daily - like reading.
Even this newsletter slipped by a day from my preferred schedule of Fri eve.
I have used running to cope with the stress and it has helped a bit.
That aside, this week’s wonderful story about the life-changing impact of running long distances at the ground level, should make amends.
